are sold through a network of sales representatives throughout the country. If
there is no sales representative covering your area, you can contact us directly
and place the order over the phone or fax. We accept all major credit cards.
Shipping methods and cost
Red88 offers one low rate
from USPS and FedEx for delivery within the U.S.
US First Class Service
Arrives in three to five
business days when ordered before 4pm PT, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.*
US Priority Service
Arrives in two to three
business days when ordered before 4pm PT, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.*
Rush Service
Arrives next business day
when ordered before 11am PT, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.*

Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling
surcharge.

Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority service and may require an additional
day for delivery.

If one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be
shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered
item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become
available.

behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100%
satisfaction guarantee behind
every frame we sell. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with
your frames, we'll exchange
them or issue a credit towards your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Red88 will replace a frame
with another selection or issue a credit of your return frames. Please note:
frames cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days. Additionally, we are
unable to refund shipping charges.
Non-defective products
that are returned and not exchanged will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Please note:
each product on your order can be returned for a credit or exchange within the
30 days. This means that if you order 3 items and want to return all 3 items,
you must exchange for the same amount of items or be charged re-stocking fees on
the items that are not being exchanged.
All frames are warranted for 1 year from
the date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects. Manufacturer’s defects
include: structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings.
Manufacturer’s defects DO NOT include:
flagrant misuse causing frame damage, scratching or tarnish; pet damage;
destruction or damage by vehicle; stepping on or sitting on the frame; bending
or twisting the frame; or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.

return defective product, please note the following:
The product must be
returned with all original packaging materials. Before returning an item,
please obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number by filling out the RMA form and fax the form to: (800) 688-3818. Your
local rep can supply you with the RMA form or you can call us at (888) 716-2020
to have one faxed to you. Be sure to fill the RMA form completely and include
your fax number so that we can fax you the RMA number. The RMA number must be
written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any
returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be
accepted.

Federal Express or the United States Post Office to:
